Residents share a large outdoor swimming pool with a wide solarium, set into the hillside and surrounded by planting, plus a separate pool for children. Both pools use saline chlorination instead of chlorine tablets. There is a fully equipped gym with a sauna and showers, and an air-conditioned co-working room with large windows onto the pool and gardens. Landscaped gardens run through the whole complex. Entry is controlled, and vehicles pass through an automatic gate with remote opening.

Kitchens are fitted with laminate units and compact quartz worktops, an induction cooktop, a built-in fridge and dishwasher, an extractor hood, an oven and a microwave. Heating, cooling and hot water come from heat pumps, with ducted air reaching the living room and bedrooms. Floors are large-format porcelain tiles inside and non-slip porcelain on the terraces. Windows are aluminium with a thermal break and double glazing, and the bedrooms have insulated aluminium roller blinds. Bathrooms have porcelain tiling in wet areas, mirrors and single-lever taps.
