Windows are aluminium with a thermal break and double glazing, with blinds in the living room and bedrooms. Each apartment has ducted hot and cold air conditioning, a reinforced entrance door and lined built-in wardrobes.

The site is in Mijas, on the Costa del Sol, surrounded by countryside and open to panoramic sea and mountain views. The beaches of Mijas Costa and Fuengirola are 15 minutes away by car, Marbella 25 minutes, and both Málaga city and Málaga-Costa del Sol airport under 30 minutes. Several golf courses sit within a few minutes' drive. Supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centres, schools, restaurants and shopping are all close by.
